We use a variety of hotels en-route and so a complete list of hotels won’t be provided until day 1 of your tour. If your family requires contact information, or in case of emergency, please have them phone us (visit our contact us page for local numbers). If our office is closed please refer to the emergency phone number that is found on the Trip Details document, this number can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.<\/p>\n

Why can’t extra services be added to a file within 10 days of departure?<\/strong>
\nAs our adventures are often “off the beaten track” it is next to impossible to contact our tour leaders and have them arrange these services in such a short time frame. We highly recommend adding services to your booking at least 30 days prior to your departure date as amendment fees will apply between 30 – 10 days.<\/p>\n

What does “Holding an Option” mean?<\/strong>
\nIt means reserving space without payment for up to 48 hours. Holding an option gives you time to research flights, gather passport information, confirm arrangements with travel partners, etc.. An option will expire and your space will be released unless you confirm within 48 hours. Holding an option isn’t necessary if you know you want to book and are ready to make payment.<\/p>\n

How do I “Hold an Option”<\/strong>
\nThere are two ways to hold an option: online or by phone (visit our contact us page for local numbers). Our secure online booking form allows you to “Hold an Option” or “Confirm my Booking”.<\/p>\n
