Terms and Conditions – Group Discounts
1) You are entitled to a 10% per person discount when you book a trip with a group of six to nine friends or family; if you have ten or more in your group you are entitled to a 15% per person discount.
2) Group discounts are available on all trips with 6 passengers or more. Bookings on Private tours and Exclusive Group departures are excluded.
3) Group discounts will be applied against the land-only component of the trip.
4) The group discount will include any trip extensions but excludes extras such as flight upgrades and pre- or post- trip accommodation.
5) If individual cancellations result in the group size falling below the qualifying threshold we reserve the right to reduce or withdraw the discount.
6) Group discounts can normally be combined with other promotions, including the loyalty discount, up to a maximum per person discount of 15%. Your loyalty discount will be calculated after deducting any other discount.
7) The discounted sum will be taken from your final invoice, not your deposit payment.
